The ILO turned 100. They needed voices that could carry the weight of that milestone.
The ILO's Decent Work Team for South Asia commissioned Green Bamboo Pictures to produce ten short interview films for the organisation's centenary campaign. The brief was precise: celebrate the journey, articulate the relevance, and give the people behind the work a platform to speak plainly and memorably.
GBP delivered ten carefully directed films, each built around a personal perspective on the world of work in India. Contributors drawn from across labour, policy, and civil society. No talking heads. No filler. Just voices that knew what they were saying and a production that knew how to make them heard.
The films were distributed across the ILO's global digital and promotional channels, carrying South Asian perspectives into a worldwide conversation about what decent work means and why it still matters.
A century of progress. Ten films. Every voice counted.
